Robert J.Noonan scholarships for  graduating vocational students in the amount of $500 dollars  each were awarded to students from Ellington High, Rockville High and Tolland High Schools by the Rockville Area Chamber of Commerce yearly  from 1985 for 9 years until the
Chamber  went out of business.
