The Rockville Area Chamber of Commerce (now defunct) made these awards in the three high schools in the  Chamber area (Ellington, Rockville and  Tolland  beginning in   1985  for about 9 years, at which time the Chamber became part of a county wide Chamber, and no longer existed.
