SURVIVOR
The magnolia tree, out front, planted by Mara a long time ago, has had a rough year. First was the hurricane which broke off many limbs. Then instead of winter, 
it was very mild here, and many plants, including the magnolia blossomed early. Then came the freeze which ruined lots of plants. We were afraid for the magnolia.
As you can see, it survived the freeze, too.
