SCHOOL DAYS (of yore)
Our latest assignment in our writing class is to write about
recollectioms of our early school experiences. Mine couldn't be a lot earlier-----first day in Kindergarten:

This is a great story, Dad. I remember hating kindergarten. I preferred staying home with Moe: as the last child, I got all her attention! We would make jelly and go to Ellington High School every once in a while. Those were the good old days.
