TALKING TOO MUCH CAN BE GOOD
While Noonski's constant prattle is offensive to some, our research is proving that others might do well to emulate Noonski. I refer you to the acronym summarizing a path to delay the onset of Alzheimer's Disease. S.L.E.D. How does that translate, you may ask. S. means to socialize. Noonski uses the membership in the health club for this purpose, often pointing out to other members that he can exercise in the back yard, but can only talk, or socialize with at least 50 other members on a first name basis at the club.
What does the L. stand for? It stands for learning new things regularly. How does one do that one may ask. One way is take on-line courses--for free- on the M.I.T. site. crosswords, crytograms. Taking courses at the Senior Center, such as writing where you give your mind a workout, and lambaste you relatives at the same time is good way.
E.? What's that for? It is for exercising your body.
D.? Controlling your food intake. Noonski is very fortunate in that regard because he has Moe doing all the thinking for him. This creates extra time for the other three tasks in the formula. Aren't you glad you asked?
P.S. This regimen is to be followed as early in life as possible, not after the fact.
