This was a storm to be remembered, especially if you were unlucky enough to get stuck trying to get home. Paul could tell you about that. 

Moe's  recovery  from  that  huge  "Whipple"  operation  was   confirmed  by  her  surgeon  yesterday.
She  is  approaching   her  former   level  of  abilities  at  a  good  pace.   It  was  an  ordeal,  and she  survived it.
   A  lot of  credit  for  her    recovery  has   go to   Mara   and  Peggy  who  were  here  at the  exact  proper time  when  Moe  and  I  needed  help.   Having  two  nurses  in  the  house  made  the  entire difference.   It  had  to  be  divine  intervention----we  couldn't  have  planned it.   Credit  has to  go. too,  to   all  the   supportive  phone  calls  and  cards.  Thanks!
   It   was  a  festive   event  at the   doctor's   office----and a lot of  apprehension   was  dis-spelled  there.   Next   visit  is  in  six  months.

She  was here for a short visit  this weekend.  Hope  she gets back here soon!
