The magnolia in the front yard is almost in full bloom. It reminds me of the joke about the Irishman who had spent a night drinking at the pub, and on his way home, took a shortcut through the cemetery. He fell into an open grave, and fell asleep. When he awoke, he stood up, and looked upon the new day. He realized he was standing in a grave and remarked, "Glory be. It's resurrection day, and an Irishman is the first one up." So is the maganolia.
