MORE EXCITEMENT FROM HERE

We are knocking out another puzzle every eight days, or so. Can you imagine the overstimulating environment here? We should be glad we don't have to work, or we'd never be able to keep up the production pace.

THE BIRTHDAY BOY

Yesterday was Bob's birthday. April and May '56 snapshots are here offered for your approval. Time does move right along, and it is difficult to recall those days, but your author can assure you they were tough. We all seem to have survived it and we wish Bob many more happy birthdays.

REMINDS ME OF....

Today's storm as illustrated in the video, reminds me of Whittier's poem, Snowbound--A Winter Idyl. It begins like this: " The sun that brief December day rose cheerless over hills of gray, and darkly circled gave at noon a sadder light than waning moon".......
Of course this is January, not December, but you get the point.
(If you loved the poem, you'll love the video.)

1957--IT WAS A VERY GOOD YEAR

Over the years, pictures get separated from their albums, and sometimes wind up in an obscure place in a desk. I think that's what happened to these. Betsy was soon to be born, but up until then, there were only four. At four, we were just getting started. It made for an adventure filled lifetime.
